INTRODUCTION CSR is an abbreviation for Corporate Social Responsibility. It is necessary to have a CSR policy that ensures the IBF Group complies with national laws and international conventions that we are subject to within human rights, labor rights, environmental protection, and good business practices. The CSR policy can be regarded as an umbrella stretched over the group’s companies, setting guidelines for good business practices and conduct at a higher level. We also have several individual personnel policies within the IBF Group that delve deeper into specific topics. Employees can refer to these personnel policies for detailed guidelines on specific matters. The CSR policy provides our managers and employees with a common overarching framework to base decisions, actions, and dispositions on, ensuring they act in accordance with the prin- ciples outlined in the policy. All employees are required to familiarize themselves with and relate to the CSR policy and the values it is based on. Each of us must strive to adhere to the guidelines in the CSR policy and help each other do the same. 01.07.2024. CEO, Stefan Smidt Clausen Application and Enforcement The management and all employees of the IBF Group, including subsidiaries and dependent companies, are expected to comply with the CSR policy.
